Grenfell Stockfeed Manufacturing is looking for a Mill Operator to join our team in Grenfell, NSW.

Key Accountabilities:

Operating grain processing equipment and preparing product for bagging
Making machine adjustments, setting up machines, monitoring machine operations, performing quality checks, recording data, and completing basic routine maintenance
Formulating chemicals and other items together utilizing automated processes according to specification
Operating mobile equipment such a forklift, labelling and marking products, inspecting trailers for safe loading conditions, and preparation of trailers for loading
Management of inventory storeroom and receiving including transfers of materials, supplies, and products between work areas, using mobile equipment, overhead crane, and hand tools
Working in tight and confined spaces
Unloading and loading transport
Receival and storage of grains and stock
General cleaning of workplace
Assist with maintenance and repair as needed
Records operational and production data on specified forms
Cleans up spillage, maintains machinery, equipment, materials, and products
Responsible for complying with environmental and safety policies
Operating industrial machines and equipment that support manufacturing of stockfeed

Innovative, proactive and flexible problem solver who drives continuous improvement
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent production analytical abilities to identify process and efficiency improvements and ensure optimal solutions and priorities are implemented
